Fellowship Application

If you're interested in becoming a fellow in our signature program, please fill out the following application. We will reply with next steps.

Upon acceptance, tuition in the amount of $5,200.00 USD will be due prior to us sending your course manual.

Please understand that this program is not intended to teach you how to practice medicine, but rather to provide advanced education in women’s health, reproductive wellness, and the clinical principles that support this specialty.

At the completion of your self-paced program, please notify our office that you have finished all module exams as well as the cumulative final exam. At that time, we ask that you make copies of each completed exam, including the cumulative, and send them to our office for grading.

Once your exams have been reviewed, we will contact you via email to schedule a 30-minute phone call with Dr. Mercier.

Provided that you have achieved a score of 80% or higher on each exam, you will receive your Certificate of Completion via email in PDF format, which you may print locally for your records.
