A fellowship typically lasts 1-3 years. You can finish our program in 3 months but will have up to 6 months and receive a Certification as a Women's Functional Reproductive Health Professional.
During our program, you can gain valuable exposure and experience while learning under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced Naturopathic Doctor and Midwife.
This program will teach you my clinical and academic experiences in allopathic medicine and functional medicine. These two approaches may be very foreign to you in your current practice. I believe that it is of utmost importance to speak both languages. We need both.
Note: The Women’s Health and Reproductive Wellness Fellowship does not offer and CE’s.
Program Description
Our women’s health and reproductive wellness fellowship is a specialized training program that focuses on women’s reproductive health from a functional medicine perspective. This type of fellowship is conducted through a comprehensive training manual that can be completed at your own pace over a 3-month time frame.
Here are some key features and components you can expect from our self-paced course :
Learning Modules: The fellowship program will typically provide learning modules that cover various topics related to women's reproductive health, including hormonal balance, lab tests/values, menstrual disorders, fertility, preconception care, pregnancy, postpartum care/breastfeeding, and menopause. There is an exam at the end of each module.
Practicum can be completed through an advanced 4-day class of Mercier Therapy Professional Training:
